Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and ready to be shipped within 6-11 business days upon receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional dáy in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Processing Time:
- Order received and Design Confirmation: 1 business day
- Manufacturing process: 3-4 business day
- Quality Control: 1-3 business day
- Order prepared for shipping: 1 business day
Shipping rates & Delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Express Shipping: 5-7 business day
Please bear in mind that the world has moved to online shopping since COVID-19 and delivery delay can occasionally occur,
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
NeonLed Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will do our best to medicate these issues and not surprise you with any unnecessary added costs.
Damage:
NeonLed Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Once a claim has been made, please contact us and refer to the Refund Policy for more instructions.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
